Copyright violations and fake lawyers

Today I got my first copyright violation of a photo I posted! I don’t really know how else more to credit the photographers when I post one of their photos. I guess I’ll just continue doing what I’m doing for now since I haven’t had any other problems with a photo being taken down before. But yeah, that happened and I just thought I’d let the thousands of you know. This was the photo that was removed by Tumblr. I refuse to link to the photographer’s flickr page as he is a total prick and likes to threaten me with his “lawyers” in his emails to me. I’ll probably get sued for this post right here!

I wonder if he was the anon that left me this question right after I had posted it the other day.
